great site
Altered states…I have fallen in love with them. Trippy does not even begin to describe Grof. I love diving deep.
Holotropic breathwork and meditation are foundational for my practice. I was in addiction treatment for recovery and to detox from opiates about nine years ago. Since then I’ve looked into the spiritual side of life. I’ve done some alternative treatments that promote healing and wellness which has contributed to my experience being without drugs.
I am so happy there are websites like these to provide almost a mini retreat to continue the discovery. Every day I love to study the inner world – first with meditation, then by listening to these talks. I’m so grateful they’re available. I’m always looking for other sources too, so if any of you love some other resources please let me know what they are.
Have any of you tried ibogaine meditation ? This is one of my new favorite possibilities for consciousness expansion. I’m looking into it :) Let you know how it goes.
