I have just listened to your interview with Tena Benson. THANK YOU BOTH!! I’m a 52 year old male and have been meditating deeper & deeper for quite a while now. Over the past 3 months I’ve been finding this same ecstasy! I call it a “MIND ORGASM” . I maybe not giving into it as all as I should. Right now my head is spinning and I AM READY to let go!! This finding others who can share and communicate this joy and bliss is a true witness to the way it’s supposed to be!!
